We are seeking a Middle Frontend Engineer to design flexible architectures and work across modern and legacy codebases. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable solutions.

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

In this role, you’ll:

  • Proactively contribute to the design of new features, suggesting innovative technical solutions and accurately estimating development timelines.
  • Develop and implement modern high-performance web interfaces.
  • Craft well-structured, thoroughly tested code, actively providing constructive code reviews for team members.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team, readily sharing your expertise and providing insightful guidance in your area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and legacy codebases.
  • Experience with Flutter or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with AI agents or related tools.
  • Ability to design flexible architecture from scratch.
  • Skilled in solving problems through multiple approaches and selecting optimal solutions.
  • Clean, clear, and maintainable code writing.
  • Proactive ownership of services within your responsibility.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • React 18, TypeScript, Styled Components, Redux Toolkit (RTK)
  • Vite, Rails templating
  • JavaScript, React (class-based), jQuery
  • Testing: Cypress (E2E)
  • Mobile: Flutter
