• We are looking for a Middle Product Designer to join our product team. We are building an agentic platform where marketers collaborate with AI teammates to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.

  In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Product Designer and Product Manager, supporting research, creating user flows and wireframes, helping shape the user experience, and contributing to the evolution of our design system. This position is ideal for a designer who wants to grow, strengthen product thinking, and work on next-generation UX for human–AI collaboration.

User Research & Insights

• Assist in conducting user interviews, gathering insights, and analyzing behavioral data.

• Support the creation of journey maps, scenarios, and jobs-to-be-done.

• Conduct light usability testing and document findings.

UX Design & Interaction Design

• Create clear user flows, wireframes, and lightweight design solutions under guidance.

• Contribute to the development of conversational and agentic user experiences.

• Work on UX for SaaS dashboards, onboarding flows, and internal management tools.

Design System & Visual Consistency

• Use and help maintain the existing design system.

• Collaborate with the UI Designer to ensure visual consistency and alignment with UX goals.

Prototyping & Validation

• Build low- to mid-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas.

• Gather and implement feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders.

Collaboration with Engineering

• • Prepare design specifications, assets, and documentation.

  • Support developers during implementation by clarifying design details when needed.

Требования 

• • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally in SaaS.

  • Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and design thinking processes.

  • Solid Figma skills (frames, components, auto layout, prototyping).

  • Experience creating wireframes and simple prototypes.

  • Basic experience with usability testing and analyzing user insights.

  • Familiarity with UX research methods (interviews, JTBD, customer discovery).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with marketing tech, PLG products, or AI/agentic systems.

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
