Основные требования
Что мы ожидаем от кандидата
- fluent English;
- strong team management skills;
- experience in retention and activation;
- experience in managing projects (full cycle);
- experience in sales;
- knowledge of marketing tools;
- analytical mindset;
- will to work abroad most of the time.
Чем предстоит заниматься (функциональные обязанности)
- responsible for the lifecycle of drivers base, their quality, activity and retention in the region and each country;
- management of drivers acquisition team in SA: team leaders and specialists;
- management and development activation and retention strategy and projects in the region;
- creation and development driver acquisition teams and projects in new countries and cities;
- cross-functional interaction with marketing, digital, business development, hr, financial departments to develop existing processes and creating new ones;
- development of b2b partnership.
