On May 18-19 this year, TRAVELHUB Kazakhstan, a conference dedicated to the development of IT technologies in the tourism and hospitality industry in the CIS, will be held in Astana.

TRAVELHUB Kazakhstan is a platform for tourism and hospitality professionals interested in business development using IT technologies. The purpose of the conference is to provide participants with an idea of the state and trends in all segments of the tourist market, both from the point of view of business and from the point of view of technology.

The conference will discuss actual issues of tourism development in the CIS countries - analytics, industry statistics and trends, destination marketing, GovTech in the tourism industry.

The reports will be made by experts of the companies JSC NC "Kazakh Tourism", Yandex, Profi.Travel, Mastercard, Frontier and others. Representatives of analytical companies, destination management, marketing, digital solutions, industry tourism associations of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and other countries are invited to participate in the discussions.

Much attention will be paid to technology issues and business development opportunities that they open up in various segments of the tourist market. The issues of the state and prospects of using technologies in tourism, the transport industry (booking air and railway tickets), the hospitality industry, in the segment of tours and activities, as well as promising TravelTech startups will be discussed.

Representatives of leading TravelTech companies – Amadeus, Sabre, Aviata/Chocotravel, Tickets.kz , Russian Railways, My Agent, Bronevik.com , TravelLine and many others. Representatives of tourist retail (travel agencies), tour operators, representatives of airlines and online agencies, hoteliers, technology providers are invited to participate in panel discussions. In addition, the conference jury will select the 10 best travel startups that will present their projects in a special session.

The TRAVELHUB conference is being held in Kazakhstan for the first time. The event is organized by Kazakh Tourism together with the Travel Startups community. The TRAVELHUB conference has been held since 2016 and is one of the largest IT conferences in tourism and hospitality in the CIS. We expect more than 300 participants.

TRAVELHUB Kazakhstan is part of the business program of the Qazaqstan Life Fest 2023 exhibition, which takes place from May 18 to 20, 2023 at the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana, Kazakhstan. Attendance at the conference is free for registered participants of the exhibition.
