The IT company Solva Technology, the development center of Solva Group ltd and a member of Astana Hub, has opened sets of novice Flutter and Frontend developers in the Laboratory 3.0 project.

The company is looking for candidates for the positions of Junior Flutter Developer and Junior Frontend Developer who have recently completed courses in their specialty and have a good theoretical background or little work experience. Also among the requirements for Frontend:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
• Understanding the basics of React and an interest in frontend development;
• Skills of working with control libraries states (for example, Redux);
• Understanding and skills of working with TypeScript;
• Knowledge of Git and the basics of working with systems version control;
• Experience working with webpack, vite.

For Flutter developers, welcome:

• Experience in native mobile development applications on Flutter;
• Knowledge of Android (Activity, Fragment, BroadcastReceiver, ViewModel);
• Understanding the principles of OOP, SOLID, Kiss, DRY and design patterns;
• Understanding the basics of DI (Dependency Injection);
• Ability to work with RESTful API;
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases;
• Experience working in Git.

We remind you that Laboratory 3.0 is not the usual IT courses. The project gathers talented young professionals with basic knowledge who undergo professional selection in order to prepare them for work on real Solva Technology projects. The three-month internship includes not only theoretical and practical training, where 80% is practice, but also full immersion in the work processes in the office in Almaty with 8-hour work 5 days a week. The training programs have been developed by experienced mentors and IT experts in accordance with technological trends and current market requirements.
