The launch of AI Corporate aims to support companies in building a modern digital culture and enhancing AI literacy among employees at all levels. In his public remarks, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev has emphasized that artificial intelligence should be seen as a tool for increasing productivity and improving the quality of decision-making, rather than as a threat, and that workforce training in this area is a key driver of national economic competitiveness.
The program is structured as a step-by-step learning pathway, starting with a basic understanding of how AI works and progressing to hands-on use of AI tools in operational and managerial tasks. The course methodology focuses on the gradual development of AI competencies and does not require prior technical training.
The program is highly practical and helps employees apply AI tools in an office environment, including:
Document management: automation of routine tasks;
Communications: optimizing interactions with partners and handling inquiries;
Analytics: rapid search, analysis, and processing of information.
The learning format combines offline sessions with closed webinars featuring invited business experts who share real-world cases of AI implementation in companies. AI Corporate builds on the success of the AI Qyzmet program, which has already been completed by more than 50,000 participants, and expands this experience into a deeper, more systematic corporate-focused format.
“Corporate AI training is the next stage in the development of the market. Companies already recognize the value of these technologies, but achieving sustainable impact requires a structured approach—from basic understanding to the integration of AI solutions into real business processes. The AI Corporate program enables organizations to follow this path consistently and embed artificial intelligence into their teams’ daily workflows,” said Valeriya Tyo, Managing Director of Astana Hub.
Upon completion of the program, participants receive certificates, while companies gain a practical tool for reducing operational risks and increasing tangible business value.
As part of preparations for the pilot cohort of the AI Corporate program, applications from companies are now open. Organizations can apply to participate until January 15 by completing the online registration form available on the BAITC and Astana Hub platforms.
