Participation in technical sales of specialized software and service implementation using it

We are looking for a drilling optimization engineer to monitor and provide technical support for drilling operations in real time, analyze drilling mechanics and detect early signs of complications and emergencies, as well as support sales of specialized software.

· Higher or secondary specialized education in the field of information technology, telecommunications, and infocommunications;

· Professional experience of at least 1 year in a similar role (system administrator, IT engineer, technical specialist);

· Knowledge of the IP architecture, understanding of the principles of client-server and web applications;

· Skills in installing and configuring Windows OS, peripheral equipment, basic network equipment (routers, switches);

· Experience working with diagnostic medical equipment and DICOM-compliant software (preferably);

· Proficiency in the state and Russian languages;

· Ability to read and apply technical and methodological documentation;

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a diploma in IT, telecommunications or infocommunications.
• I have already worked as a system administrator or IT specialist for at least 1 year.
• Understands how client-server and web applications work, knows how to crimp cables and configure routers.
• He speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently (this is critical, as it is necessary to train staff in the districts).

, Basic requirements (Hard Skills)

• Education: Higher or secondary specialized education (possibly undergraduates or graduates). The direction depends on the specifics of the company (technical, IT, logistics or service).
• Technical literacy: Confident command of a PC, MS Office package (Excel, Word). Understanding how CRM systems or databases work will be a plus.
• Good speech: Excellent command of the language (spoken and written), clear diction and the absence of barriers in communication.

• Stress tolerance: The ability to stay calm when dealing with "difficult" or dissatisfied clients.

Conditions and motivation

• Willingness to work full-time: Since the internship involves further employment, the candidate should be able to work from 30 to 40 hours a week.

• Strong knowledge of Python 3.10+

• Experience developing REST API on FastAPI or Django/DRF

• Experience working with PostgreSQL via SQLAlchemy / Django ORM

• Understanding relationships between entities, transactions, and basic SQL query optimization

• Understanding JWT authorization, roles, and Access rights system

• Experience writing unit and integration tests, preferably with pytest

• Confident work with Git: branches, Pull Request, Code Review

• Understanding the principles of writing clean and maintainable code

• Experience working with Celery / RabbitMQ

• Experience using Redis for caching

• Working with OpenAPI / Swagger

• Experience in developing administrative interfaces on Django Admin or proprietary solutions

• Experience using black, isort, flake8 / ruff

• Introduction to mypy and Python typing

• Experience working with structured logs and a single API error format

Middle-level commercial development experience of 2-3 years. Proficiency in Go (Golang) and JavaScript. Practical experience working with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries. Understanding the principles of microservice architecture and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience writing scripts (including Lua) will be a big plus. Responsibility, independence, and willingness to work with enterprise-level products.
