Project Manager (CVM)

At Rubbles, we create and implement analytical products for major players in various industries. One of the most important product areas is Customer Analytics (CVM), which creates solutions for automating and improving marketing effectiveness. The direction is growing very actively.

We are looking for a Project Manager to develop this area, who will lead all stages — from development and implementation to further support of such solutions, with the help of a combined team of developers, data analysts and product managers.

Basic requirements (education, skills)

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in project management in one of the following industries: Banks, Insurance, Retail
  • High level of knowledge of project management standards: PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban

We are implementing large-scale digital transformation projects and launching sophisticated fintech solutions for the banking sector throughout Central Asia.

Main tasks:

Managing incoming requests and presales

  • In-depth qualification of complex Enterprise leads and assessment of the business potential of the transaction.
  • Analyzing customer processes, identifying hidden business pains, and forming a Value Proposition.
  • Leading the presale process: managing a cross-functional team (technical architects, products) to create and protect comprehensive commercial proposals.
