“AlchemistX and Silicon Valley Residency have proven highly effective, giving Central Eurasian startups access to global markets and Silicon Valley expertise. During the program, nine startups raised a combined $1.3 million in funding, while 12 companies signed 108 pilot projects with corporate and commercial partners in the United States. Based on the outcomes of these pilots, the total projected revenue of the program’s alumni portfolio for 2026 is estimated at $22 million. These results clearly demonstrate the strong scaling potential of startups from the region and their readiness to compete globally,” said Tanat Uskembayev, Managing Director of Astana Hub.

The program featured workshops, sales training, mentoring sessions, and meetings with industry leaders. Teams also focused on building sales funnels, adapting their solutions to the U.S. market, and engaging with potential customers.
“In 2025, we saw strong interest in the AlchemistX and Silicon Valley Residency programs. We received 225 applications and ultimately selected 23 outstanding teams. This year, the project expanded from four to seven countries, including Qatar, Singapore, and Georgia, which is especially valuable to us — a truly international community has formed around the program. Our region is becoming a real gateway to Silicon Valley. Startups don’t just go through acceleration; they connect, share experiences, and begin collaborating. For example, the Mongolian team Open Spot joined forces with HANDYMATY to develop an integrated joint solution for parking infrastructure deployment. I would also like to highlight the young founders — teams such as ALEEM from Kazakhstan and Makon AI from Uzbekistan. They are still university students, yet they are already building in-demand EdTech products for their generation. Stories like these are inspiring and prove that our region is home to more and more bright, undiscovered talent. We are very proud of this cohort,” said Asset Abdualiyev, Founder and CEO of Silkroad Innovation Hub.

During Demo Day, founders presented solutions across EdTech, HealthTech, B2B SaaS, industrial automation, creative industries, aviation technologies, and more. The participating startups included Aleem, GrowyAI, Lydya, QazTWIN, Makon AI, Workinhood, Zaiyo AI, One Health, Cyberlabs, Defect AI, Algebras AI, Tilmoch, Ember AI, Virtual Story, Open Spot, AidMi, Findecor.io, Viral Video, Sales Doctor, Emma Systems, Ucode, HANDYMATY, and RFxAI — all of which demonstrated notable improvements in their products, business models, and readiness for entering the U.S. market.
One of the highlighted startups, QazTWIN, is a digital twin platform for industrial enterprises. The team develops 3D models of factories and other infrastructure facilities and integrates them with SCADA, IoT, and ERP data to monitor equipment and predict failures.

“Taking part in AlchemistX and Silicon Valley Residency was an important milestone for QazTWIN’s development. We gained valuable mentorship, access to an international network of experts, and a clearer understanding of how to build a product in line with global standards. The recognition we received during the graduation Demo Day — where we placed fifth — attracted the attention of international partners and opened real opportunities to launch our first pilots. We are now focused on adapting QazTWIN to the needs of global customers, establishing a U.S. entity, and developing the platform into a full-scale global SaaS solution,” said Anuar Zhaksylyk, Co-Founder of QazTWIN.

AlchemistX is a dedicated program by Alchemist Accelerator for Central Eurasia. As one of the leading B2B accelerators in the United States, it helps startups move from product–market fit to a scalable business model and a structured go-to-market strategy through mentorship and a comprehensive educational curriculum. Silicon Valley Residency is the flagship program of Silkroad Innovation Hub, designed to support startups from Central Eurasia through mentoring, residency opportunities, and systematic integration into Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem.

The programs are implemented with the support of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Astana Hub, Astana Hub Ventures, IT Park Uzbekistan, and IT Park Ventures, and were launched for the first time in 2024. The first cohort included 22 startups.

The application process for the third cohort of AlchemistX and Silicon Valley Residency will open in spring 2026. Up-to-date information on eligibility and selection timelines will be published on the Astana Hub platform.
