The Ministry, in partnership with the "International technology park of IT Startups "Astana Hub" Corporate Fund, introduced these courses to focus on two key areas: game development and the use of artificial intelligence (AI). This initiative is part of the memorandum signed at the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Digital Inclusion and Transformation.
The memorandum aims to enhance the qualifications of teachers and incorporate advanced technologies into the educational process. The game development courses will cover the fundamentals of video game creation, including design, programming, graphics, and animation. Teachers will be introduced to advanced development methods and industry trends, enabling them to effectively teach students modern technologies and practices.
The AI courses will focus on applying artificial intelligence in fields such as machine learning, data processing, and intelligent systems. Teachers will gain knowledge of methods and tools that will help them integrate AI into curricula and research activities. As part of the initiative, university teachers will have the opportunity to participate in specialized training and courses aimed at expanding their expertise in these two key areas of modern technology.
Upon completing the courses, teachers will be able to teach students from their universities these advanced technologies at no cost. These courses will not only help university teachers update their knowledge but also create new educational opportunities for students, contributing to the growth of the domestic IT sector and enhancing Kazakhstan's position in the global technology market.
