The delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is led by Zhaslan Madiyev, Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry. Under the Central Asian Innovation Hubs brand, eight Kazakh startups are showcasing their solutions: Beksar, a retail platform with sales automation and analytics tools; Arlan Biotech, which uses generative AI to accelerate antibody development; SmartGas, a fleet monitoring system that reduces fuel loss by up to 30%; and Alaqan Technologies, which offers palm vein biometrics for security and contactless payments. Also featured are SHAI, a platform enabling businesses to build their own AI agents and assistants; QalaAI, which delivers AI-driven UrbanTech solutions based on geoanalytics; Hired Valley, a platform for employee development; and AskAlem, which offers AI assistants for business.
“Participation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan at GITEX EUROPE 2025 under the Central Asian Innovation Hubs brand is a strategic move that highlights the growing importance of Central Asia as an emerging innovation center on the global tech landscape. This is not our first joint appearance – we previously collaborated at Eurasian Technology Week in Istanbul and Dubai AI Week, and ahead lies our participation in London Tech Week and other major global forums. These collaborations help raise the visibility of our region, build strong partnerships, and enable startups to expand into global markets. We are not presenting isolated projects – we are showcasing a unified ecosystem with global competitiveness,” said Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub.
Uzbekistan is presenting a wide range of technological solutions for government, education, and the corporate sector. These include FIDO-BIZNES and Corporate Solutions Group, developers of enterprise and public-sector software; Unitlab AI, an AI startup supported by Google, NVIDIA and 500 Global that offers custom models and infrastructure; UZINFOCOM, the national provider of digital public services; Evertech, an outsourcing team for AI and SaaS startups; EdSmart, an EdTech platform with a network of hybrid video studios; K-Tech, an IoT company offering energy-saving building management solutions; Eskiz, a secure digital communication service; and Realsoft AI, a developer of privacy-focused AI technologies and federated learning solutions.
“In partnership with our colleagues from Kazakhstan, we founded the Central Asian Innovation Hubs alliance to create a shared innovation space across Central Asia and position the region as a high-potential ecosystem for venture investment and startup development. We are already seeing concrete outcomes: foreign investor interest in the region has grown, startups are gaining access to new markets through international acceleration programs, and Uzbekistan has climbed 12 places to join the top 100 startup ecosystems globally, according to StartupBlink. This is clear proof that our path toward regional cooperation and global integration is delivering strategic results,” said Farhod Ibragimov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at IT Park Uzbekistan.
It is worth noting that during GITEX EUROPE 2025, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Astana Hub and KAOUN International to host GITEX Central Asia & Caucasus x Ai Everything Kazakhstan in Astana from June 2 to 4, 2026. This will be the first GITEX event in Central Asia, bringing together key players from Europe, the Middle East, and the CIS, and solidifying Kazakhstan’s position as a hub for digital diplomacy and tech exports in the region.
