Astana Hub Acceleration Programs
Silkway Accelerator
The accelerator was launched jointly with the global company Google for Startups. Only 62 startups from Central Eurasia successfully passed the selection and completed acceleration, although over three years the program received 1,300 applications. Those who made it to the end attracted more than $28 million in investments in total. The combined valuation of graduates exceeded $500 million, and their scaling geography covered the markets of the UAE, Turkey, the United States, and other countries. Among the well-known graduates of this Astana Hub program are Biometric, Citix, Zypl.ai, Arlan Biotech, NB Fit, UvU, ApartX, and Zebra.
Who can participate?
Technology startups with a working product at the PMF or Scale stage from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Mongolia.
Program duration: 3 months, consisting of the following stages:

Orientation & Onboarding: introductory week, goal setting, team introduction.

Intensive phase: work on strategy, CustDev, sales, marketing, unit economics, investments, scaling, and pitching.

Format: full-time participation, weekly sprints, check-ins, mentoring sessions.

Demo Day: final pitch at the Digital Bridge forum.
Program format
The program is conducted offline, and participants must be in Astana for all 12 weeks. Accommodation is provided for participants from other cities or countries.

AI’preneurs
An acceleration program aimed at creating an AI startup from scratch. During the program, participants find partners, form teams, and build a full-fledged product using artificial intelligence.
Who can participate?

Developers, engineers, analysts

Business developers, business owners

PR and marketing specialists, designers
-
Product, project, and sales managers
Program duration: 3 months, consisting of three stages:
-
3 weeks to form teams;
-
4 weeks to validate the startup idea, after which members of the Investment Committee decide whether teams move to the next stage;
-
5 weeks of product development, during which teams are in constant contact with leading experts.
At the end of the program, teams present their startups on Demo Day to venture funds and corporations.
Program format
The program is conducted offline in Astana. Participants from other cities receive accommodation from Astana Hub for all three months of AI’preneurs.

Participation is free, but selection is required:

Who can participate?
Certified graduates of Startup Academy by Astana Hub, aged 18+, with startups or ready-made ideas.
Program duration: 3 months, consisting of the following stages:

CRM basics, CJM, financial planning, metrics;

How to pitch to investors.
Program format
All workshops, masterclasses, individual consultations, and traction meetings are held online.
Participation conditions
The program is free, but to join it you must complete the Startup Academy course.
Astana Hub Educational Programs
Startup Academy
The Startup Academy course is the foundation of key knowledge required for startup founders. Participants can form a team, launch and/or improve an idea, and commercialize their solution. The program also helps find an MCI — a maximally competitive startup idea whose value has already been validated by target customers.
Learning format: online, on the Astana Hub LMS platform with assignments and tests. Participants receive 16 video lectures in two languages and can complete them at a convenient time. After completing the course, graduates receive a certificate and access to IT community chats.
No-code School
No-code allows you to create applications, websites, and other products without writing code. This is a useful skill for aspiring startup founders, freelancers, and product managers. The course will help you start your journey in no-code development by answering the following questions:

How to automate business processes using no-code.
Learning format: online, in Russian, on the Astana Hub educational platform. Graduates receive a certificate upon completion.

Work will be done with the following tools:

Directual — a new platform for creating web applications, marketplaces, and CRM without code;

Wappler — a low-code platform for mobile and web application development;
-
AppMaster — creates native web and mobile applications without the need for coding.

QazCoders
QazCoders is a free educational program for residents of Kazakhstan, offering training in IT fundamentals and artificial intelligence.
Within this program, Astana Hub offers four courses:
