After Kaztechelectronics LLP joined the ASTANA HUB, based on the OTAN BD Platform of its own design, designed to build big data processing and management systems using neural networks and Artificial Intelligence, our company's specialists have created the OTAN MEKTEP hardware and software complex.

The APC is designed to ensure the safety and health of children, teachers and staff of schools, kindergartens and other educational institutions, provides identification of visitors using magnetic cards or face recognition technology, has the ability to equip additional modules for automatically measuring the temperature of incoming faces and, if necessary, recognizing the presence of masks, and can also be connected to the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for restricting access to educational institutions of persons controlled by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The APK is integrated with the Social Wallet Platform, includes a Parental Control system to provide parents with information about the time their children attend school and receive hot meals, as well as with other subsystems of the complex.

APK OTAN MEKTEP is installed in more than 500 schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and provides information on the current state of schools to regional situation centers in real time.

The APK module "Counting meals" allows you to monitor students who receive free meals in school canteens. This APK module is installed in 467 schools, including:

104 schools in Astana, including 12 new comfortable schools; 

in 161 schools in Karaganda and the Karaganda region;

in 64 schools of Kostanay and Kostanay region;

in 34 schools of the West Kazakhstan region;

in 28 schools in Taldykorgan and Zhetesuy region;

in 26 schools in Almaty;

in 24 schools of Zhezkazgan and Ulytau region;

in 18 schools of the North Kazakhstan region;

in 8 schools of Mangystau region;

The students of these schools have received free meals more than 355,000 times. The savings allocated by their budget for these purposes amounted to 18.7%.
