My name is Chingis Oralbayev, I am a lawyer, I am engaged in legal support of projects. For the last 8 years, I have worked in consulting at the international law firm GRATA.

Since last year, together with our partners in Astana, we have been actively engaged in resolving legal issues and consulting for a number of successful IT projects implemented in Kazakhstan, among which there areNaimi.kz ", "TrustMe", "Relog" and other projects. Also among the clients served, there are not only IT projects, but also companies doing business in other industries.

At the moment, our team has developed an applicable experience of working with companies in the IT field. Currently, our goal is to continue expanding the experience of working with companies in the IT field. The areas in which we are ready and can be useful include, but are not limited to:

• identification of problems and legal risks based on Customer Journey Map (CJM) analysis,
• standardization of internal documents, contracts and other legally significant documents, 
• legal disputes and legal opinions on the application of regulatory norms,
• registration of companies in the AIFC, redomicilation in the AIFC (transition to the AIFC), etc. issues related to the ICFA law, 
• development of option policies and their implementation within the framework of companies registered in the AIFC,
• development and harmonization of user agreements, agreements on the processing of personal data,
• standardization of internal documents, contracts and other legally significant documents, 
• as well as solving general corporate, labor and other legal issues.
