Pause the call to be able to make other calls in parallel.

How to make a parallel call:

- Dial a number through the main panel on the left (Incoming Call section)

- Dial a number in the transfer panel to internal numbers

Press the Mute button so that the other person can't hear you.

  • Online — all calls reach the manager
  • Do not disturb — calls will be received and immediately rejected with the Busy status
  • Offline calls will not be received at all

When we switch to "Offline", we disconnect from Asterisk. When we switch to "Online" / "Do not disturb", Asterisk is connected again.

Access rights for all users to connect to Asterisk are set up in one interface inside the application.
