Отдельно стоит напомнить о том, что с 1 января 2023 года действуют Правила КПН, утвержденные Минфином РК. Они позволяют участникам уменьшить сумму корпоративного подоходного налога на 100%, но только в том случае, если доход получен:

● от объектов интеллектуальной собственности,

● либо от оказания услуг в сфере информатизации.

Ключевое условие: исключительные имущественные права на интеллектуальную собственность должны принадлежать самому участнику. Иначе льгота применяться не будет.

Опыт показал, что даже успешные компании могут нарушить правила просто по невнимательности. Чтобы избежать подобных рисков, Служба мониторинга рекомендует:

● тщательно сверять виды своей деятельности с Перечнем приоритетных направлений,

● регистрировать исключительные права на объекты интеллектуальной собственности,

● при сомнениях заранее консультироваться с Технопарком, чтобы не попасть в ситуацию, когда налоговые льготы будут утрачены, а участие в Astana Hub поставлено под сомнение.
