Solva IT Company Technology, the development center of Solva Group ltd and a participant of Astana Hub, has opened a set of novice BA/System analysts in the Laboratory 3.0 project.

The company is looking for candidates for the position of BA/System Analyst who have recently completed courses in their specialty and have a good theoretical background or little work experience. Also among the requirements are knowledge of one or more business process description notations, an understanding of the life cycle of the AU and the development of software requirements , competent oral and written speech.

The main difference between the Laboratory 3.0 program and conventional IT courses is that the project is designed for young professionals with basic knowledge who will be professionally selected. After the formation of the laboratory assistants group, from the first day of training they receive a scholarship equal to the salary of a young IT specialist in the market, and begin a three-month offline internship in a comfortable office in Almaty for 40 hours a week.
