TECH ORDA: The third stream has started studying at the Qlik Sense course at the Datanomix Academy

The TECH ORDA program continues to develop rapidly, offering free training in IT specialties at leading programming schools in Kazakhstan.

This government initiative aims to train 20,000 specialists by 2025 to meet the growing demand for IT personnel. Thanks to full financial support, program participants get a unique chance to master in-demand IT skills.

On September 16, the third stream started at Datanomix Academy. 63 students from different regions of the country have started training in a modern data analysis tool - Qlik Sense, which is already widely used in Kazakhstani companies.

The program participants represent different geographical regions - from Almaty to Uralsk, and work in such large organizations as Halyk Bank, Kazakhtelecom, Magnum Cash&Carry, Bereke Bank, Freedom Broker and others. This confirms the relevance of the program for various sectors of the economy.

The age of the participants varies from 19 to 44 years, which creates a unique atmosphere for the exchange of experience and knowledge. The youngest participant was 19-year-old Kashkenov Madiyar, and the oldest was 44-year-old Tukaev Kairat.

Each student sets his own goals. Lyazzat Dzhilankozova from Magnum Cash&Carry wants to master Qlik Sense to optimize business processes, and Victoria Askarova, a data engineer from Bereke Bank, seeks to deepen her knowledge in data visualization. Such examples emphasize the participants' desire for professional growth.

Zulfiya Taukasova, talks about her expectations:

"This is a completely new field for me. I did not even expect to receive a grant, and I am very glad to have such a chance. I hope to master all the skills and successfully pass the exams. I plan to change my profession and find a new job at the end of the course. I wish you all good luck in your studies!"

Alexander Vasilenko, a 32-year-old machine operator from Ust-Kamenogorsk Condenser Plant LLP, shares his thoughts:

"I have almost no experience in programming, except for minimal knowledge from school and college. I work as a machine operator at a factory and have never heard of Qlik Sense before. My goal is to successfully complete the course and complete all its modules. Now I am at point A, where my knowledge is insufficient, but in three months I hope to be at point B, having successfully completed all the modules"

 Gulfairuz Kabdirova notes:

"I want to master the skills of Qlik Sense and use them in financial analysis to provide information to clients in a clear and visually appealing format"

An agronomist from Aitas Agro notes:

"I work with a lot of data and I am very interested in making my analysis of business processes and solutions understandable and accessible to everyone I work with."

He, like many others, sees Qlik Sense as a way to improve processes in his organization.

The third stream of the TECH ORDA program at Datanomix Academy demonstrates how government initiatives help specialists master new IT skills and improve their qualifications. Students from different industries and regions of Kazakhstan show a high level of motivation. The program not only improves their technical skills, but also helps to implement effective solutions in their companies.

Initiatives such as TECH ORDA play an important role in strengthening Kazakhstan's digital economy by creating a community of IT professionals ready to develop world-class solutions.
