From April 1 to April 14, 2025, GameDev Center Astana Hub, together with Borsyq Games and with the support of Grand Mobile, held GDC GameJam, a large—scale online mobile game development competition.

In one week, 25 teams, consisting of more than 90 participants, created game projects from scratch. The participants were faced with tight deadlines, creative challenges and, of course, the excitement of competition.

• 🥇 1st place (prize 1,000,000₸): the SBIL IT team with the game Bombergirl
• , 2nd place (500,000₸ prize): The Abandoned Kittens team with the Feast and Fumes game
• 🥉 3rd place (prize 250,000)): The megrlm team with the Hack the Hacker game
