The role of the Product Manager in the company is generating ideas, creating a development strategy, recruiting a team of specialists for further implementation, planning and monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks, accepting or rejecting ideas, ensuring technical implementation, generating detailed reporting for further analysis and improvement of business processes, breaking down the creation IT product for several stages (projects), monitoring the implementation of each stage on time within the available resources. While each stage is being implemented, the product interacts with all the specialists involved in the work, conducts market analysis, determines the target audience, conducts testing, etc. Product Manager is a key IT specialist who makes decisions on the development of IT products that meet trends and user needs, and delegates tasks to developers and other IT specialists. On average, one Product Manager requires 10 developers. This course is aimed at preparing students in the field of modern IT technologies. The course program was developed by practicing specialists from Kazakhstan and is built in the same sequence as work on a real IT product - from initiation through analytics and unit economics to interfaces, design, working with a team and launch.
