Brief description of the vacancy

SuperApp is a cool project, the architecture of which is designed with a foundation for the future. The application has more than 4 million users.

By tasks:

  • Formation of an annual technical strategy within the framework of the SuperApp commercial strategy;
  • Regular monitoring of the utilization of technical resources for the execution of the strategy (software, equipment, licenses, devices, software, cloud solutions, data center, IT infrastructure, work of contractors in the framework of outsourcing or outstaff);
  • Formation of end-to-end technical architecture (Android, iOS, Web, Back-end, NOCODE, integrations with external (partner) services and internal services via the integration bus);
  • Coordination of rules and processes of technical internal and external interaction (SLA, RACI);
  • Formation of release policy rules, release rollback policy;
  • Finding a solution to any commercial problem, or providing an alternative solution to the issue;
  • Management of team leaders of technical competencies of the tribe;
  • Implementation of DevOps, QA practices;
  • Monitoring the process of developing business/technical requirements;
  • Advising members of the tribe on technical issues;
  • Performance review of team leaders and other participants of technical squads;
  • Leading the documentation standardization process;
  • Elaboration of individual technical goals: sprint, trial period.
