Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the Unity development team, guiding and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Project Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of flexible, scalable game architectures that support both current and future projects.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay across various platforms.
  • Game Development: Develop and maintain game logic, features, and mechanics, consistently enhancing existing functionality to meet high standards.
  • Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Champion new technologies and methodologies, driving continuous improvement in our development processes and product quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and resource needs.

Main Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Unity development with a strong command of C#.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of game development best practices, including performance optimization, memory management, and graphics rendering.
  • Architectural Skills: Expertise in designing robust, maintainable, and flexible game architectures.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
