Responsibilities

Conducting code review, implementing and maintaining code standards.

Development and optimization of backend services on Nest.js .

Designing the architecture of microservices and improving existing solutions.
-
Legacy code refactoring, improving stability and performance.
-
Mentoring is the support and training of juniors and middles.
-
Setup and maintenance of CI/CD, logging, monitoring.
-
Optimization of database queries, implementation of caching and message queues (Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ).

Participation in technical discussions and architectural decision-making.

Requirements
-
At least 4 years of backend development experience (Nest.js is required).

Understanding microservice architecture and SOLID principles.

Experience conducting code reviews and training colleagues.

Skills of working with legacy projects and code optimization.

Understanding CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps processes.

The ability to work independently and propose architectural solutions.
