Due to the active growth and expansion, we are looking for a Mobile Developer / Tech Lead to join our team.
Project description:
We are looking for a developer / tech. Lida is developing a mobile messenger application that will allow users (our clients) to exchange text messages, form groups, and make audio and video calls.
Responsibilities:
● Mobile application development (iOS/Android, or cross-platform).
● Designing the application architecture with scalability and reliability in mind.
● User interface implementation: buttons, menus, forms, lists, chats, animations, and navigation between screens.
● Implementation of messaging functionality, group chats, and push notifications.
● Integration of audio and video calling functionality.
● Setup and implementation of message security and encryption systems.
● Optimize application performance and fix bugs.
● For Tech Lead: development team management (setting and monitoring tasks, code review).
Required skills and experience:
● Experience in developing mobile applications (iOS — Swift, Android — Kotlin/Java; or cross-platform solutions: Flutter / React Native).
● Knowledge of mobile application design patterns and MVVM/ Clean Architecture principles.
● Experience in developing messaging applications
● Experience in implementing audio and video calling functionality (WebRTC, SIP, Twilio, Agora or similar platforms).
● Experience working with server-side APIs (REST / GraphQL / WebSocket)
● Experience working with databases (SQLite, Realm, Firebase, PostgreSQL).
● Knowledge of the principles of data security and encryption and their implementation in practice
● For Tech Lead— experience in leading a small development team of at least 2 years.
