Short description
- We are looking for a person for the position of a presale manager to develop our CVM product line.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the qualification of potential transactions;

Conducting product presentations to clients;
-
Building relationships with business and IT teams of clients;
-
Identifying business needs, customer pains;
-
Communicating the business values of the products offered to customers;
-
Preparation of questionnaires and assistance to clients in filling them out;
-
Determining the composition of the offer that best meets the customer's request (products, design work, new product features);
-
Preparation of responses to RFIs and commercial proposals;
-
Setting up the task of setting up demo stands for clients;
-
Conducting a demo for clients;
-
Defining the framework and business criteria for the success of pilots and projects;
-
Protection of commercial proposals, pilot results and implementations;
-
Immersing the project team in the tasks of the clients;
-
Project support to ensure the achievement of clients' business goals;
-
Communication with the product team on existing and future functionality;
-
Participation in the preparation and conduct of marketing events (business breakfasts, conferences, interviews, etc.);

Collecting feedback from the market and communicating it to the product team;
-
Participation in the analysis of competitors, won and lost deals.
Requirements

At least three years of experience as a presale / product / solution architect;
-
Knowledge of the cross-industrial process of personalized marketing;

Understanding business processes in one or more industries: financial sector, insurance, retail, telecom.

Basic understanding of the tasks solved by recommendation systems and ML.
