We are currently looking for a technical specialist to join our team - a person who is not afraid of the command line, knows how to resolve any technical situation and wants to develop in IT.

What does a specialist do in this position:

• Helps clients solve technical problemsHe communicates through chats, emails, and phone calls.
• Configures and supports servers (mostly Linux).
• It works with web servers, databases, and control panels.
• Periodically monitors the status of the servers (monitors the status, performs backups).
• Supports office equipment.
• It is constantly developing, and we are helping in this.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with web servers.
• Understanding what PHP and its modules are.
• The experience of setting up firewalls.
• Mail servers.
• Knowledge about virtualization (preferably).
• Experience with monitoring.
• The ability to Google, read docks and find a solution to a problem.
• Adequate communication with clients: politely, calmly, on business.

What qualities will help in the work:

• Punctuality, accuracy.
• The ability to finish what you started.
• Calmness and a sense of humor, there is no way in IT without it :)
• Independence: you try it yourself first, if it doesn't work out, you ask.
• Emotional intelligence. Understand how to talk to people, even if they are "not doing well."
