We are building a marketplace connecting medical clinics and patients. The goal is to make access to high—quality medical services fast, transparent and convenient. We already have an operating business in the field of medical services, our goal is (10k+ orders per month), and now we are reaching a new level — we are creating a platform for integrating clinics, doctors and patients.
Tasks
- To form a product strategy and priorities for the development of the platform.
- Define and implement product metrics (number of orders, clinic activity, SLA, retention).
- Manage the development team: setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, and accepting results.
- Organize the work of the sales department: the process of connecting clinics, scripts, funnel.
- Launch marketing: lead generation, attraction channels, performance evaluation.
- Conduct interviews with clients and clinics, collect feedback.
- Ensure the growth of the project from MVP to scaling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager / Head of Product.
- Cases of launching and scaling B2B or platform products (marketplaces, SaaS, aggregators).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams (development, marketing, sales).
- Understanding B2B sales and onboarding partners.
- Skills in working with analytics and product metrics.
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate with business partners.
