The team has already put together a demo model that can read text in Kazakh and it's time to continue working further.

To develop Kazakh language processing technologies (NLP, ASR, TTS).
To work on improving the vocabulary and context of the LLM for the Kazakh language.
Develop and optimize custom or pre-trained models for speech recognition and synthesis.
Participate in the creation of a speech-to-speech voice system, from text modules to audio reports.
Conduct experiments, quickly test hypotheses, and improve the architecture of models.
Work with speech corpora and unique datasets, including Kazakh ones.
To contribute ideas and initiatives that affect the quality of the product.

Work experience in the field of Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
Knowledge of Python and one of the main libraries: PyTorch (preferably) or TensorFlow.
Basic understanding of neural network theory, algorithms, and architectures.
The level of the Kazakh language sufficient for working with texts, corpora and models.
Self-organization skills, the ability to independently plan and bring tasks to results.
Willingness to work in a startup environment: quick decision-making, openness to change.
Proactivity is not just about completing tasks, but also offering solutions, improvements, and experiments.
