Short description

  • We are developing a product line of medical applications and creating new digital services. The product is located in an ecosystem of multiple internal systems and requires strategic development, search for growth points, and close collaboration with technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product line development management and product strategy formation.
  • Defining product vision, goals, and key metrics.
  • Formation and maintenance of a product roadmap.
  • Search for growth points and new product opportunities.
  • Collection and analysis of product analytics, evaluation of the effectiveness of releases.
  • User needs research: interviews, UX research, behavior analysis.
  • Hypothesizing, conducting experiments, and analyzing the results.
  • Formation of requirements for functionality (PRD, specifications).
  • Working with cross-product relationships: identifying product intersection areas and synergies.
  • Interaction with PM on dependencies between teams and internal systems.
  • Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of trends.
  • Assessment of the business effect of the proposed improvements and prioritization of the backlog.

Requirements

  • Product Manager experience of at least 5 years.
  • Deep understanding of product metrics, UX, and unit economics.
  • Experience in maintaining a roadmap and creating product hypotheses.
  • The skill of setting requirements for development.
  • Ability to work with analysts, designers and developers.
  • Experience in researching user needs.
  • English - C2, Kazakh - A2.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience working with products in an ecosystem of several services.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B digital platforms.
  • The skill of working with analytical systems (GA, AppMetrica, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
