Short description
We are looking for a specialist who will take over the technical side of support for existing services: log analysis, error detection, incident analysis, control of development-related tasks, and interaction between technical teams and support lines.
Responsibilities
- Technical control of existing digital services.
- Log analysis, troubleshooting, and identification of the causes of technical errors.
- Monitoring of integrations and interactions between systems.
- Primary technical diagnostics of incidents and identification of the area of responsibility (infra / backend / external services).
- Escalation of technical problems to engineering teams and monitoring their implementation.
- Formation of technical requirements for corrections and improvements.
- Supervising technical tasks transferred to development from the support service.
- Preparing incident reports and recommendations for improving stability.
- Collaboration with the support manager to establish correct technical processes.
- Optimization of technical support tools: monitoring, logging, diagnostics.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support / operation / TechOps from 4-5 years.
- Deep understanding of digital services, APIs, integrations, and backend logic.
- The ability to read and interpret logs, diagnose errors.
- Experience working with development and the ability to form correct technical requests.
- Skills in working with monitoring and logging tools.
- The ability to systematically analyze incidents and turn them into improvements.
- Communication skills and the ability to speak in simple language about technical things.
