Most of our clients are included in the Forbes list of the best companies in the world.

Due to the development and expansion of the team on one of the key clients, we are looking for a specialist with experience working with Adobe Campaign.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and launching mass tactical and trigger mailings in the CDP system (Adobe Campaign);

• Verification and revision of the provided HTML layouts in the CDP system (replacement/substitution of links, utm tags and dynamic parameters);

• Segmentation of the customer base for e-mail and push mailings according to the specified parameters;

• Communication with related departments to coordinate activities;

• Uploading communication indicators of e-mail and push mailings, as well as general database indicators in a designated format for further analysis and preparation of reports;

• Analysis of communication indicators;

• Working with the team to develop hypotheses for A/B testing and analyze the results;

• Audit of key indicators for building effective communications.

Requirements

• Confident ideas about e-mail and push mailings – the process of setting up, segmenting, testing, and reporting;

• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL and above basic knowledge of JS;
  The level of English is at least Intermediate;

• Work experience in one of the systems: Adobe Campaign/Altcraft/Bloomreach 

• Attention to detail and minutiae;

• Analytical thinking.
