Педагогический дизайнер (Instructional Designer)

Brief description The CACG team is looking for a talented Educational Designer. We are a dynamic company in the field of EdTech and corporate e-learning, specializing in pioneering solutions using VR and artificial intelligence. Your role will be key in creating products that redefine the landscape of modern learning.

Responsibilities

  • Development of architecture and methodology of educational programs (corporate training, EdTech products).

  • Writing scripts for e-courses, instructional videos, and VR simulations.

  • Interaction with Subject Matter experts (SME) to structure content.

  • Setting tasks for the production team (designers, developers) and quality control of the implementation.

  • Introducing elements of gamification and adaptive learning (including using AI tools).

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of training and program adjustments based on feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in pedagogical design or as a methodologist.

  • Understanding the principles of andragogy and models of pedagogical design (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).

  • Skills in working with course development tools (Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Adobe Captivate) will be an advantage.

  • The ability to structure large amounts of information and explain complex things in simple language.

  • Interest in innovation: willingness to immerse oneself in the specifics of VR/AR and neural networks.

  • High level of self-organization and attention to detail.
