If you are a novice specialist with little or no experience, but with a desire to become a 1C programmer:
- The company provides a training system from beginner to "cool" specialist.
- We are sending you to accounting courses.
- We will help you prepare for the 1C Specialist exams.
- The "seniors" will not leave you alone with a client in a difficult situation.
- We will help you get the related non-technical skills you need to work as a programmer.
To become a part of our team, you need to:
- To want to self-study. Even if there is no skill, but only interest.
- Personal responsibility for what you do is important.
- The ability to work in a team, and not to "heroize", pull everything yourself or "master" the clock.
- Your focus on results is important.
- Willingness to learn a subject area: "I'm a programmer and I don't need wiring" is not our option.
What about the salary?
- After completing three basic courses on our own in our training program, we sign an employment contract. In case of successful completion.
- After completing 5 training courses, a salary is set, which increases depending on the level of qualification.
Conditions:
- You can study remotely, but every 7 lessons you need to come to the office and take exams.
- We train ONLY with further employment in our company.
- After completing the training, work in office 5/2, from 08:00 to 17:00; from 09:00 to 18:00; from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Training and certification at the expense of the Company.
- An individual development plan.
