Responsibilities

What to do:
* Sale of complex, customized IT solutions with an average check starting from 30 million tenge.
* Work with input drives and independently communicate through participation in exhibitions, conferences and target search.
* Delve into the client's business processes, identify not specific, but declared problems, and justify growth points from an economic point of view.
* Work together with a consultant at all stages, from the preparation of a commercial offer to the successful closing of the transaction.
* Conducting and maintaining transactions in CRM (Bitrix24).
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate:
* Understands and loves B2B sales in IT with experience in selling complex products (CRM, ERP, WMS and Analogues).
* Knows the logic of decision-making for large checks (20 million+) and can work with a long sales cycle.
* Capable of self-organization and effectively distributes its own efforts.
* Player of the team and ready to communicate closely with colleagues.
Terms and conditions

* Income: salary 800 000 – 1 600 000 tenge per hand + monthly bonus for activity up to 450,000 tenge + quarterly percentage of closed transactions and%of subscription fees.
* Result: when implementing the plan, your average monthly income after 10 months will be about 2,500,000 tenge.
* Format: fully remote work.
* Schedule: full day, Monday to Friday, from 09: 00 to 18: 00 (GMT+5)
* Registration: official employment, White salary.
