About the vacancy:

We are looking for a system administrator who will be part of our team.

Requirements:

Technical Knowledge and Skills.

1. Operating Systems:

• Knowledge of Windows (Windows 10, Windows Server) at the administrator level: installation, configuration, updating, troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Linux (for example, Oracle or CentOS): installation, command line operation, basic configuration.

2. Hardware:

• Understanding the main components of a computer and servers: replacing hard drives, installing memory, troubleshooting.
• Skills in working with peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and projectors.

3. Network Technologies:

• Basics of network technologies: working with IP addresses, subnet masks, DHCP, DNS.
• Configuration and basic diagnostics of network devices such as switches and routers.
• Experience working with Wi-Fi networks and understanding their settings.

4. User Accounts and Access:

• Experience working with Active Directory: adding/removing users, resetting passwords, assigning access rights.
• Group Policy Management (GPO) for basic user environment settings.

5. Virtualization:

• Basic knowledge of virtualization, understanding of working with hypervisors such as VMware, Hyper-V, or VirtualBox.

6. Backup and Restore:

• Skills in working with backup programs, performing backups and data recovery.

Problem solving skills and technical support

1. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

• The ability to identify and fix hardware and software problems.
• Knowledge of methods for diagnosing network problems (ping, tracert, netstat).

2. Technical Support For Users:

• Providing user support in the field or by phone.
• Setting up employee workstations, installing software, and configuring printers and network resources.
• Remote support experience (for example, using TeamViewer, RDP, or similar tools).
