Bai Tabys is a dynamically developing IT company working with government and commercial projects. At the moment, we are looking for a Head of the procurement Department with experience in public procurement from the supplier.
What needs to be done?
- Preparation of documents for participation in tenders and tenders (public, quasi-public, private);
- Participation in the consideration of complaints, claims and disagreements on procurement;
- Control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Ensuring compliance of procurement with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Law "On Public Procurement", the Law "On Procurement of quasi-public sector entities", etc.);
- Market analysis and research, identification of new opportunities and potential customers;
- Full legal support of the company's activities;
- Interaction with the state and quasi-public sector on tenders and contracts.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher legal education;
- At least 3 years of experience in supplier procurement and legal support;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of procurement, tender procedures;
- Work experience in IT procurement is welcome;
- Responsibility, stress tolerance, attention to detail;
- Good oral and written communication skills.
