We are looking for an enterprising and proactive business development manager who will help us scale our IT business and find new growth opportunities.
What to do:
- Search for and attract new platforms for business development;
- Identification of priority market segments and target audiences;
- Participation in tenders, preparation and initiation of new projects;
- Development of commercial proposals and presentation materials;
- Organization and holding of meetings, presentations and negotiations with customers;
- Distribution of informational and commercial letters;
- Market analysis, competitive environment and industry trends;
- Basic skills of working in Figma;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of ongoing projects and finding ways to optimize them;
- Developing a business scaling strategy;
- Work in CRM (Bitrix24).
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry;
- Knowledge of the market of large and medium-sized corporate and/or customers;
- Work experience in changing conditions, the ability to adapt quickly, to know market conditions and trends in IT;
- Fluency in English is desirable;
- Analytical basic skills.
