We participate in projects for the state, as well as conduct our own R&D initiatives.

Now we need a strong technical leader who can lead several areas, design the architecture and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing the technical part of projects: from analysis and architecture to release.
• Building system architecture (web, mobile, backend, AI modules, integrations).
• Development of key modules and participation in coding.
• Maintaining AI components: LLM integration, RAG, chatbots, data processing.
• Setting up CI/CD, DevOps processes, and monitoring.
• Designing APIs, integrations, and interacting with external services.
• Team management: sprint planning, mentoring, quality control.
• Work with customers: analysis of requirements, assessment of tasks, technical protection of solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of architectures: microservices, REST/GraphQL, queues, caching.
• Experience in directions:
  Backend: FastAPI / Django / NestJS
  Frontend: Next.js / React
  Mobile: Flutter / Kotlin / Swift
• Experience working with AI modules (preferably): OpenAI API, ML models, video analytics.
• Understanding CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions, Nginx).
• Strong code review, decomposition, and planning skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep deadlines.
• Experience with RAG, NLP modules, and video analytics.
• Experience working in startups, R&D, and high-load projects.
• Work with government integrations and payment systems.
