We create comprehensive digital platforms: mobile applications, web services, integration with government systems, AI models, RAG architectures and microservices.
We participate in projects for the state, as well as conduct our own R&D initiatives.

We are currently looking for a strong and organized Project Manager who will take over the management of the full cycle of IT projects, ensure their timely and high-quality implementation, and help the team work as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full cycle of an IT project:from initiation and planning to launch and support.
• Interaction with customers:collection, analysis and formalization of requirements, management of expectations, presentation and protection of technical solutions.  
• Team planning and organization:decomposition of tasks, estimation of deadlines, compilation and monitoring of sprints (Scrum/Kanban).
• Resource and risk management:control of the project budget, prevention of deadlines and resolution of emerging problems.
• Quality control:ensuring that the final product meets the company's technical specifications and standards.
• Communication:establishing effective interaction between technical leaders, developers (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI), analysts, designers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in the improvement of development and project management processes within the company.

Requirements

• Project Manager experience in software development (IT outsourcing, product companies) from 2-3 years.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Requirements management skills:the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Technical background: general understanding of modern technologies (web, mobile development, microservice architecture, CI/CD, API).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, effectively prioritize and keep the focus.
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
