Responsibilities:

  • Information technology and information security project management from pilot to project completion;
  • Budgeting and preparation of price proposals;
  • Maintaining project documentation (schedules, acts, reports, protocols, etc.);
  • Constant contacts with suppliers and manufacturers: getting additional discounts;
  • Participation in the preparation of tender procedures and technical documentation (together with the Engineering and Technical Department);
  • Control over the creation and approval of TK-TS;
  • Organization of the work of the project team: coordination of the working group, coordination of the start dates, coordination of the work plan;
  • Working with contracts - approval, correction, closing;
  • Preparation of closing documents for the project;
  • Control of payments from customers and suppliers;
  • SLA execution control.

Requirements:

  • Work experience of at least 2 years in the field of project management or working with clients;
  • Understanding pricing methodology, business processes, and risk management;
  • Knowledge of the basics of project management and principles of conducting commercial activities in the field of sales;
  • The ability to establish effective communication;
  • Experience in managing all phases of a project, including: coordinating and tracking various subprojects throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Knowledge of Kazakh and English languages (preferably).
