The Telephony Team
The team is developing a voice platform integrated into the CRM system. It provides interaction between agents and clients in key business areas and supports:
– Outgoing calls (telegrams, reminders, callbacks);
– Incoming requests;
– Call routing and queue management;
– Call efficiency analytics;
– Integration with CRM.
Responsibilities
– Development of intelligent audio models
– Optimization of the automatic dialer system
– Putting models into operation
– Integration of the ML model into the telecom platform
Requirements
– Experience in the development and implementation of ML models for real-time audio processing (VMD, VAD, ASR)
– Understanding of dial-up optimization methods (Erlang-C, Little's Law, multi-armed bandits, etc.)
– Skills in interacting with backend and VoIP engineers, reading SIP charts and RTCP metrics
– The practice of versioning models and experiments (MLflow, DVC or similar tools)
