Short description
We are looking for an experienced financial controller who can build a transparent financial architecture, ensure data accuracy, and support analytics-based business solutions. This is a role for an analytical, structural specialist who is able to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Financial control and reporting
-
Conduct financial control of the company's operational activities.

Generate management reports: P&L, Cash Flow, balance, variance analysis.

Monitor the correctness of transactions, the classification of expenses and the targeted use of the budget.
Planning and analysis
-
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and plan adjustments.
-
Analyze the deviations of the fact from the plan and the cost drivers.

Prepare regular reports for management and recommendations on optimization.
Processes and internal controls

Build financial processes and regulations 0→1 or improve existing ones.

Ensure compliance with financial discipline and a control environment.

Set up interaction with procurement, lawyers, and operational teams.
Taxes and compliance

Monitor the correctness of tax accounting together with the accounting department.

Participate in the preparation of documents for inspections and audits.

Monitor legislative changes affecting the financial model.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in finance / controlling / audit.

Knowledge of management accounting, basic reports and financial instruments.

Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large amounts of data.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level; experience in BI is a plus.

The practice of building processes, participating in budgeting, and communicating with auditors.
-
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, technology or fast-growing companies is welcome.
