Responsibilities

  • Actively search for and attract new customers.

  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations of its advantages.

  • Identification of customer needs and selection of the optimal solution.

  • Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts.

  • Maintaining and developing the existing customer base.

  • Implementation of the sales plan and reporting on the results.

  • Customer support after the transaction, quality control of service.

  • Working with the CRM system: maintaining contacts, transactions, and updating information. 

Requirements

  • Work experience in sales (preferably at least 1 year, but it is possible without experience — if you have strong communication skills).

  • The ability to conduct negotiations and presentations.

  • Active sales and objection management skills.

  • Stress tolerance, focus on results, self-confidence.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • PC ownership, CRM experience is an advantage.

  • Fast learning and understanding of product features.

  • Communication skills, customer orientation.

Conditions

  • Opening hours: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00.

  • Employment: official, according to the law.

  • Salary: fixed salary + bonuses/commissions from sales.
