Responsibilities
1. Business development and partnerships
-
To develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients in the region.

Identify new growth points, analyze market needs and formulate development strategies.

Analyze the market and competitors, identify potential and areas for improvement.

Organize events and campaigns in conjunction with marketing to attract customers.
-
Implement and monitor compliance with corporate standards and procedures in all regional divisions.
2. Opening and launching of branches
-
Organize the process of opening new branches on a turnkey basis: selection of locations, preparation of premises, launch of operational processes.

To ensure a uniform level of service and quality of work in all branches.

Develop and implement work standards, regulations, checklists and control procedures.
-
Provide employee training on new processes and corporate standards.
3. Team Management
-
To form and develop a regional team: recruitment, adaptation, training and motivation of employees.

Ensure the implementation of KPIs, maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Conduct regular performance assessments, develop corporate culture and teamwork.
4. Financial and administrative block
-
Monitor the financial activities of the region: budgeting, cost management, financial reporting.

Interact with the accounting department, ensure timely closure of financial transactions.

Manage the business activities of the office/ representative office, optimize the use of resources.

To resolve issues related to accounts receivable, conclusion and maintenance of contracts.
Requirements
-
Work experience in regional development, business management, operations management or logistics — at least 3 years.

Experience in opening and launching branches, implementing standards and processes is required.

Ability to work with standards, regulations, and operational processes.

Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make informed business decisions.

Developed business communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
-
Knowledge of the regional market and the specifics of consumer demand.

Experience working with financial and administrative tasks.
