Middle IT Project Manager

What will you be doing?

Lead projects on the development and improvement of internal and client IT products;
Write and decompose tasks, manage the backlog;
Organize meetings, syncs, sprints with development, analytics, and design teams;
Monitor deadlines, risks, and progress on tasks;
Communicate with internal customers (operations, client, product teams);
Keep project documentation up to date (Confluence, Notion);
Help build processes: from idea to release;
Analyze the results and make improvements.

Who we are looking for:

Experience in IT project management or team coordination from 1 year (for Junior) / 2+ years (for Middle);
Compulsory knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages;
Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
Ability to write understandable tasks and structure information;
Time management and prioritization skills;
Communication skills, structural thinking, proactivity;
Knowledge of tools: Trello / Jira / Notion / Miro / Google Docs, etc.;
The desire to develop in IT and grow in a product company.
