    We are looking for an Account manager in Pavlodar who will help us develop our business.

    Main responsibilities

    • Connecting new partners (the plan is at least 15 establishments per month).
    • Managing existing partners: updating menus, prices, communication between the institution and internal departments.
    • Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements on promotional offers on the platform.
    • Analysis of partner indicators: revenue, share of promotional orders, time of preparation and execution of orders.
    • Identify problems and work with partners to solve them (order delays, technical failures, quality of service).
    • Control of key metrics:
      • increase in the number of partners,
      • share of promotional orders,
      • an increase in the volume of orders in the city.
    • Preparing analytics in Power BI and working with data for decision-making.
    • Organization and participation in local initiatives: marketing activities, collaborations, special promotions.
    • Operational support: interaction with the office and organization of the workflow on site.

    Requirements for the candidate:

    • Experience in negotiations and active sales (hard skills, techniques and principles of sales). Mine sales experience of at least 3 years.
    • Understanding the delivery and restaurant business (HoReCa) market.
    • Ability to work with data and analytics (experience working with metrics, tables, dashboards).
    • Highly self-organized and willing to work autonomously (the manager is the only one in the city).
    • Conflict resolution skills (working with administrators of institutions, resolving disputes).
    • Initiative: the ability to propose improvements and take responsibility for changes.
    • Proactive in the search for new opportunities and innovative solutions.

Operational support: liaising with the office and organizing the on-site workflow.
Candidate Requirements:
