Responsibilities

Outgoing B2B calls to developers/developers.
Fast qualification (CRM, Pain management, LPR).
Appointment of a demo with the ROP/commercial director/owner.
Slot confirmation, reminders, attendance control.
Card management in amoCRM, follow-up (calls/WhatsApp/Email).
Requirements

Clear speech, handling objections, and KPI discipline.
Source: amoCRM, Google Sheets/Docs.
Russian is mandatory, Kazakh is mandatory, English is a plus.
Conditions

Onboarding by product, scripts and databases.
Height: operator → Sales department specialist
Tested. the term is 1-2 months.
