What you have to do
- Development and implementation of a product strategy for taxi service adapted to the market of Kazakhstan.
- Research of the needs of users (passengers and drivers), analysis of competitors and market trends.
- Formation and prioritization of the backlog, setting tasks for the development, design and analytics teams.
- Full-cycle product management: from idea and prototyping to launch and iteration.
- Optimization of key metrics (user retention, conversion, LTV, NPS).
- Interaction with local partners, regulators and stakeholders.
- Hypothesis testing and the introduction of new features (for example, improved routing algorithms, loyalty programs).
- Data analysis and decision-making based on metrics and feedback.
