We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will help improve and develop the existing design system, make the platform's interfaces more intuitive, modern and visually integrated.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in e-commerce or B2B platforms.
Deep understanding of UX processes and visual composition. - Experience in optimizing and scaling design systems: components, visual tokens, typography, interaction patterns.
- The ability to analyze existing solutions and find new approaches based on both best practices and actual user needs.
- Skills in conducting UX research, testing, and analyzing user behavior.
- A strong portfolio with implemented products and examples of systems thinking.
- Ability to establish communication with product managers, analysts and developers.
- The skill of maintaining and updating UX guidelines, documentation, and design docks.
Responsibilities: - Improvement and development of the current Airshop design system, ensuring consistency and scalability of interfaces.
- Designing and optimizing user scenarios — from storefronts and catalogs to analytical modules and the seller's office.
- Analyzing user behavior and identifying areas for UX improvement.
- Development of new visual solutions that increase the convenience and efficiency of interaction.
- Conducting design research and adapting the best market practices to the specifics of the product.
- Maintaining a unified visual language of Airshop within the Freedom Business ecosystem.
Mentoring in a team, participating in a design review, and developing approaches to system design.
That would be a plus - Experience working with analytical interfaces or e-commerce platforms.
- Skills in conducting UX tests and user interviews.
- Experience in developing visual libraries and interaction patterns.
- Understanding the principles of product meta—design - design through data, goals, and business metrics.
- The ability to present solutions and argue the choice of approaches.
