Senior System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced systems analyst who will take over the full product coverage, from internal logic and API to integrations and data architecture.

The product is a platform that combines solutions for e-commerce, finance and business management.
It allows entrepreneurs to place and manage goods, synchronize sales with marketplaces (Kaspi, Ozon, Wildberries, etc.) and accept payments through integrated payment services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst in a product or fintech/e-commerce environment.
  • Deep understanding of REST API, integrations, and principles of data exchange between systems.
  • Knowledge of architecture and the basics of Python development and Node.js .
  • Understanding the frontend part of React.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL (data structure, queries, relationships).
  • Ability to model processes in BPMN/UML.
  • Proficiency in Confluence and Jira tools.
  • Systems thinking skills and the ability to connect business needs with technical implementation.

    Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and design of the functionality of the Airshop platform — catalogs, orders, filters, shopping cart, storefronts, integrations.
  • Development of system requirements, API specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Interaction with backend commands (Python, Node.js) and frontend (React) developers.
  • Designing and documenting integrations with Freedom Business ecosystem services and external marketplaces.
  • Formalization of business processes, modeling in BPMN, description of scenarios of interaction between modules.
  • Support of development teams from backlog refinement to release.
  • Data analysis and building models of entity interaction (data mapping).
  • QA and product support when testing new modules.

    That would be a plus
  • Work experience in fintech, marketplaces or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Swagger / OpenAPI, experience interacting with API Gateway.
  • Understanding microservice architecture and integration design principles.
  • Skills in documenting and visualizing architectural schemes.
  • Experience working with analytics tools (Grafana, Kibana, etc.).
