We are a team Omarket.kz At the moment, we are the only private electronic trading platform for public procurement in Kazakhstan.
Our second product is Tenderbot.kz . It helps businesses to find tenders and participate in them without routine.
We are growing and looking for a Product marketer who will take Tenderbot under his wing: he will understand users, analyze the funnel and find revenue growth points.

Responsibilities

Analyze the user's path: from the first visit to a paid subscription and retention.

Conduct interviews and audience research (JTBD approach, pain, insights).

Develop and test growth hypotheses: landing pages, chains, texts, and UX tests.

Work in conjunction with performance marketing and the SMM department (team building).

Optimize the funnel of conversion and retention (Retention, ARPU, LTV).

Develop product positioning and communication: texts, landing pages, emails, triggers.
Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in product marketing / growth marketing / SaaS.

Knowledge of funnels and metrics: CAC, LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn.

The skill of formulating and testing hypotheses (A/B tests, UX tests).

The ability to write concisely and clearly — without bureaucratic language.

Understanding the subscription economy and digital products.

Optional, but it will be a plus: Configure and develop product analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, Amplitude, Hotjar).

Describe 2-3 examples where you have influenced product metrics, such as Retention growth, ARPU, conversions, or a decrease in CAC.
2. An example of an analytical report or a spreadsheet that you have been working with.
It can be a dashboard, a CSV table, or a Looker Studio report - the main thing is to see what conclusions you draw from it and how you use them for decisions (If the data is confidential, you can replace the numbers, the structure and logic are important).
3. One hypothetical test.
Briefly describe which hypothesis you would test in Tenderbot.kz to increase subscription conversion or retention.
